a. Cách thêm “ ed ” 
 Nêu các cách phát âm ed 
- Hầu hết V-ed 
- Động từ tận cùng là „e‟ câm thì + d 
 Decide -> decided 
- Động từ tận cùng là “y” 
 + trước y là một phụ âm thì y đổi thành i rồi +ed 
 Study -> studied 
 + trước y là một nguyên âm thì + ed 
 Play -> played - Động từ một vần tận cùng là một phụ âm, trước phụ âm là một nguyên âm., 
thì ta gấp đôi phụ âm rồi +ed 
 Fit -> fitted 
- Động từ 2 vần được nhấn dấu tận cùng là một phụ âm, trước phụ âm là một 
nguyên âm thì gấp đôi phụ âm rồi +ed 
 Prefer -> preferred 
b. Cách phát âm hậu tố “ed” 
 Có mấy cách phát âm ed? 
- Đọc là / id / : Động từ kết thúc tận cùng là t,d 
- Đọc là / t / : động từ kết thúc tận cùng là : k, p, f, s, ch, sh 
- Đọc là / d / : theo sau các âm còn lại

Suggested answer: 
I like football best. Because it is interesting. 
Football is a team sport played between two teams of eleven players each. 
It is a ball game played on a rectangular grass field with a goal at each end. 
The objective of the game is to score by maneuvering the ball into the 
opposing goal. The winner is a team which has scored most goals at the end 
of the match.
